The new tariff structure for the domestic usage of electricity was obtained fron the CEB. Hope it will be useful for you.
1. Up to 30 units - Rs. 3/- per unit for the total consumption
2. 31 - 60 units - Rs. 4/- per unit for the total consumption
3. 61 - 90 units - Rs. 5.50 per unit for the total consumption
4. 91 - 120 units - Rs. 10/- per unit for the total consumption
5. 121 - 180 units - Rs. 11/- per unit for the total consumption
6. 181 - 240 units - Rs. 15/- per unit for the total consumption
7. 241 - 360 units - Rs. 18/- per unit for the total consumption
8. 361 - 600 units - Rs. 21/- per unit for the total consumption
9. above 600 units - Rs. 25/- per unit for the total consumption
Additional 30% of the total bill would be charged as the Fuel Surcharge.
Another Rs. 90/- would be added to the bill as fixed charge.
